PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

Little Scientists LLC (referred to as "Company," "We," or "Us") operates this website and platform (together referred to as the "Platform") to offer online tutoring services in STEM subjects, including Science and Math, for children in grades 1-8.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the terms under which the Company grants users access to the Platform (hereafter referred to as "Services"). The Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is considered a minor ("Child") and requires parental consent to use the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify, change, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Terms of Service

By visiting the Platform or using any Services offered by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian and provide consent for your child's use of the Platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child. Continued use of the Platform signifies your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop accessing the Platform immediately.

2. Description of Services

Little Scientists LLC facilitates online STEM education for children through virtual classrooms, providing a flexible learning environment that is accessible from anywhere at any time.

3. User ID and Password

To use the Platform and access services, you may need to create an account, which may require providing personal information such as name, email address, location, demographic information, date of birth to verify the Child's age, and parental email for consent verification.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the Platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration. Your user ID and password are for your exclusive use only. Sharing your account details with others is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Trial Classes

Little Scientists LLC offers free trial classes to new members to allow them to experience our services. Each new student is eligible for a limited number of free trial classes per subject. Any attempt to avail multiple trial classes through different accounts, emails, or other methods without prior permission from the Company will be considered a breach of these Terms.

5. Modules and Curriculum

Little Scientists LLC provides structured learning modules, guiding students through levels of various subjects. Our trained instructors assist students with these modules. You will be given access to the content, materials, and curriculum, which may include video, audio, written, or other formats related to the modules you have registered for. The Company reserves the right to amend or update the curriculum at any time.

6. License to Use

The Company grants you and the Child a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access, view, and use the Platform for the purposes of learning, accessing services, submitting user content, and accessing resources. This license is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

You are prohibited from reproducing, transmitting, distributing, sublicensing, or preparing derivative works of the curriculum or any other content provided to you.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Little Scientists LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of the Platform, the services provided, the curriculum, and all content on the Platform.

The Company has the right to record all classes, discussions, processes, events, conversations, and feedback related to user participation in any courses or programs, whether offered online or in any other format.

Furthermore, Little Scientists LLC retains all rights to video and audio recordings, images, and other materials created during class sessions. You agree not to record, take screenshots, or reproduce any of the class materials unless you have prior written approval from the Company.

8. Use of the Platform by Children

By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly acknowledge and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your child, you grant consent for your child to participate in classes, sessions, tests, and programs conducted on the Platform, and you agree to supervise your child's participation and accept full responsibility for their actions.

9. Payment and Refund Policy

The Platform is a paid service, and you agree to pay fees for the courses or plans you select. All payments must be made through the designated payment mechanisms on the Platform.

Refund Policy: Customers can stop auto-renewal before the next renewal. For refund requests, send a written request to info@thelittlescientists.com. A prorated amount for leftover classes will be refunded after a 3% transaction fee and a $25 administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Class Attendance: If a scheduled class is cancelled by Little Scientists LLC or its Instructor, the Company will arrange a replacement class or issue a billing credit. If a User or Child fails to attend a scheduled class for any reason, such missed session will not be eligible for rescheduling, replacement, or billing credit.

10–16. Linking, Third-Party Services, User Content, Code of Conduct, Limited Liability

Users must comply with linking guidelines, third-party service terms, user content policies, and the Platform code of conduct. Little Scientists LLC strives to provide accurate educational content but does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of all information. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services.

17–22. Termination, Severability, Assignment, Waiver, Governing Laws, Entire Agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by discontinuing use of the Platform. Disputes shall be referred to an independent arbitrator. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Little Scientists LLC.

23. SMS Disclosure

By providing your phone number and agreeing to these Terms, you agree to receive text messages regarding account updates, class reminders, promotional offers, and important notifications.
